Captain and Divemasters reserve the right to cancel/change site selection due to weather or any circumstances they deem appropriate. No refunds issued unless charter is cancelled in its' entirety.

It is against the law to penetrate or remove any artifacts from a historic site/shipwreck anywhere in Vermont. Violation of this law is punishable by fines of up to $1,000.00 or imprisonment of up to 6 months or both for each offense.

We report any violation or suspicious activities immediately to the authorities!
